As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships and managing key accounts through the full sales cycle.
This is not product sales. You will be selling services that are complex, consultative, and relationship-led. It requires someone who thrives on creating conversations, building trust and seeing long-term opportunities through to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, research and target new clients across the legal and professional services market
• Engage senior stakeholders, including General Counsels and Heads of Legal, to present the company’s value proposition
• Qualify opportunities and develop tailored outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to progress deals through the sales cycle
• Manage your own portfolio of leads and accounts, ensuring consistent client engagement
• Support proposal development and contribute to account growth strategies
About You:
• Proven background in services sales, ideally within legal, consulting or outsourcing environments
• Experience managing longer, relationship-based sales cycles
• Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders and building trust quickly
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with resilience and creativity
• Strong organisational skills and CRM fluency
• A degree in business, law, or a related field is preferred but not essential
