The Senior CAD Designer is involved in all phases of design projects, focusing mainly on drawings for the renovation or design of internal spaces, including demolition, structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures, fittings, lighting, and general design detailing. Projects include hospitality, commercial, leisure, and residential sectors. The Senior CAD Designer will prepare and oversee documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and organize design drawings for assigned interior projects.
* Projects include hospitality (hotels and F&B), private residences, residential developments, office spaces, and retail locations.
* Develop initial drawing lists and prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes using CAD software.
* Maintain quality standards for drawings and details.
* Survey buildings and attend site visits to ensure all details and existing conditions are accurately captured, if required.
* Attend weekly resource meetings to understand deliverables and coordinate with teams.
* Collaborate with lead designers to understand project requirements and assess manpower needs.
* Gather necessary information and drawings for upcoming work, communicating with stakeholders as needed.
* Provide weekly updates on project progress and address technical issues.
* Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
* Supervise CAD work during design and on-site, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
* Support the CAD coordinator with technical inquiries and guidance.
* Coordinate with designers, technical designers, FF&E designers, and suppliers to determine optimal solutions.
* Stay updated with new industry developments and train in Revit software.
* Lead by example, ensuring the team provides professional service aligned with Kristina Zanic Consultants' standards and values.

* Maintain punctuality and professional appearance.
* Foster a harmonious team environment and adhere to company rules and procedures.
Who You Are
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills.
* Passion for the design industry, motivated, and a team player.
Languages & Skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Experienced with CAD systems, including AutoCAD.
