Job Summary Excellent Care Ltd is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Assistant to support the growth of the business by identifying new client opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing healthcare clients. The role focuses on expanding the client base, promoting services, and supporting business development activities across the UK healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities within care homes, nursing homes, and healthcare organisations Support the Business Development Manager in executing growth strategies Conduct outreach to prospective clients via calls, emails, and networking platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and service agreements Coordinate and schedule client meetings, visits, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities using CRM systems Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing client engagement and brand awareness Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums Monitor and report on business development performance and lead conversion rates Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met Assist in tender submissions and contract documentation Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions
