Our client provides property management services to the rental apartment sector in Southampton Town Centre. They are looking for a working property maintenance manager with multi-trade skills/background, and preferably maintenance management experience within managing hotels/apartment blocks on the maintenance side of things. You will be managing a team and the works at two of their properties in Southampton, specifically in the high-end rental sector, reporting to the establishment's management.
You will be managing a team of maintenance operators across the two apartment blocks, which includes managing budgets, materials, attending meetings, recruiting, planning the works, as well as carrying them out yourself within Southampton town centre. Excellent IT skills are a must.
This role will consist of tasks such as repairs in the tenanted apartments, planned and reactive maintenance, and refurbishing properties when a tenant moves out, preparing them for new occupants. This could involve full kitchen/bathroom installations, plumbing, and more.
This is a temporary position for 2-4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role will be more focused on hands-on work than office work.

6. Basic plumbing (radiators, first/second fix)
