THE POSITION The Health System Engagement & Partnership (HSE&P) Operations Lead is responsible for leading, orchestrating, and implementing the outputs of the HSE&P strategic review, audit findings, and other Human Pharma (HP) and HSE&P-related initiatives. This role works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, applying best-practice approaches in analytical problem solving, change management, and project and programme management. Through effective stakeholder management with both internal and external partners, the role drives excellence in execution and ensures the successful delivery and closure of strategic initiatives. The position also supports the development of processes, conducts analyses, delivers insights, prepares high-quality presentations, and facilitates project governance and meetings as required. This is a field-based, 12 month Fixed Term Contract with flexibility on location; however, being commutable to our Bracknell office is preferred to support effective workstream delivery and relationship-building. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Own and lead the implementation of HSE&P strategic review outputs, audit actions, and related initiatives. Establish, lead, and facilitate project governance, managing multiple projects concurrently across varying levels of complexity. Formulate and structure strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational priorities. Act as a problem solver and negotiator, addressing challenges, risks, and dependencies to drive progress and outcomes. Support the HSE&P Leadership Team in prioritising objectives, initiatives, and deliverables. Drive effective stakeholder management, influencing without direct authority to ensure alignment, compliance, and quality execution. Build and improve operational processes, undertake analyses, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Develop professional presentations and materials to support leadership decision-making. Facilitate project and programme meetings, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and follow-up. REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience & Expertise Desired experience as a Business Analyst or Associate within a top-tier management consultancy, with strong exposure to life sciences clients. Demonstrated experience in strategy implementation within complex, regulated environments. Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience. Experience leading initiatives without formal authority, influencing diverse stakeholders. Regulatory & Organisational Knowledge Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the UKIE pharmaceutical market, life sciences industry, regulations, and competitor landscape. Strong understanding of local pharmaceutical standards and ethics. Conversant with the ABPI Code, ensuring adherence in all activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant SOPs and provide guidance to teams where required (e.g. digital materials and engagement activities).
