The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Lead to help us elevate our digital presence and drive inbound demand. While FIDO’s brand is strong, our digital marketing capability is still developing. This role will lead the charge in building and executing a marketing strategy that builds awareness, engagement, and demand.
You will own our digital channels and campaigns, from LinkedIn to email, and ensure our message lands with the right people in the right way. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to turn great content into commercial impact and help fuel our next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy: Develop and deliver digital campaigns that support lead generation and market visibility.
Social Media: Own and grow our LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms with regular, targeted content.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote product updates, and drive engagement.
Marketing Operations: Use tools, analytics, and data to track campaign performance and continuously improve results.
Content Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality, relevant content.
Website Support: Help manage and optimise web content to support campaigns and improve conversion rates.
About You
·You have hands-on experience running digital campaigns in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
·You know how to use digital marketing tools to drive measurable results.
·You’re creative but commercially minded and can turn ideas into action.
·You’re confident using LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital content platforms.
·You’re collaborative, organised, and enjoy being close to the commercial front line.
Nice to Have
·Experience in the water, utilities, or environmental sector.
·Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
·Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing.
