Local Business Development Manager
Allen Motor Group is looking for a Local Business Development Manager to work at our Northampton Transit Centre. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, while achieving allocated sales and service targets. The position is full‑time, permanent, and reports to the Commercial Sales Manager.

Do I need experience?
No experience is required. We welcome applications from sales executives, service advisors, and anyone looking to begin a career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for include previous selling and influencing skills, the ability to follow procedures, policies and instructions, a passion for providing first‑class customer service, and excellent communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets with customers within the defined territory
* Develop and build strong relationships with all customers, providing the highest level of customer service
* Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Previous selling and influencing skills
* Ability to follow procedures, policies and instructions
* Passion for providing first‑class customer service
* Excellent communication skills
Salary & Working Hours
Basic salary of £30,000. On‑target earnings of £50,000. Full‑time permanent basis. Monday‑Friday with Saturdays on rota. Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager.
