Role Overview:
An established and forward-thinking commercial law firm is seeking a Defendant PI Litigator to join its specialist litigation team in Bradford. The role involves managing a varied caseload of fast-track Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, primarily for clients in the retail sector. You will handle claims from litigation through to trial and occasionally pre-litigated matters, all within a supportive team environment and a structured case management system.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
1. Up to 3 years’ PQE in defendant personal injury litigation
2. Experience handling fast-track EL/PL claims (retail sector exposure preferred)
3. Strong organisational and deadline-management skills
4. Confident in assessing liability and quantum
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
7. High attention to detail and accuracy
