To manage the finance function, ensure the accurate and timely production of financial information, maintain effective financial controls, and provide commercial insight to support business performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day activities of the finance department. * Produce monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting. * Lead month-end and year-end processes. * Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections. * Monitor cashflow, working capital and overall financial performance. * Analyse financial results and provide recommendations to support business objectives. * Oversee reconciliations, VAT returns and statutory reporting requirements. * Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and financial governance. * Support senior management with financial planning, reporting and decision-making. * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
