We're seeking an Environmental Manager to join us. In this role you will deliver sustainability requirements for a FEED study for an exciting new construction project of offshore windfarms. This will involve working across multi-disciplinary teams within the JV team and also with suppliers and clients.
You’ll:
1. Assist in the delivery of sustainability requirements as part of the outputs for the feasibility FEED study
2. Provide advice, support and assistance to operational and project personnel
3. Assist the OU Sustainability Manager and wider Infrastructure environmental team in any best practice initiatives and delivering ad-hoc improvement projects
4. Assist in the development and delivery of suitable environmental and sustainability training for all project staff
5. Represent and promote the Environment Enabling Function in internal and external meetings, workshops, management reviews and forums
6. Act as company environmental representative and lead with clients, local authority, and regulators, facilitating communication and collaboration
We’re looking for:
7. Degree level in appropriate Environmental or relevant discipline
8. Significant construction industry experience or relevant environmental experience in a similar sector
9. Experience in delivery of environmental management projects in marine/coastal areas
10. Minimum Full Membership with IEMA or similar professional membership
11. Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
