Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* A creative and reflective practitioner with a passion for continuous improvement
