As Team Leader, you will guide and support a team of Technicians, ensuring high standards of technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer care. Key Responsibilities Set and monitor team performance standards to meet service level expectations. Coach and develop Technicians through technical support and field accompaniment. Identify team strengths and weaknesses to optimize resource allocation. Provide timely technical assistance to direct and indirect accounts in line with SLAs. Recommend training needs and deliver field coaching in technical and customer service standards. Investigate and resolve faults, ensuring root cause analysis and detailed reporting.
