NFU Sugar represents and supports every UK sugar beet grower, driving profitable and sustainable outcomes in an industry that feeds millions.

Your impact:

As Commercial and Market Insight Manager, you’ll be the commercial heartbeat of NFU Sugar. Your work will impact directly on the profitability and long term resilience of the UK sugar beet sector.

In this pivotal role, you will:

Be part of NFU Sugar’s commercial negotiation team and manage strategically important commercial relationships.
Deliver market intelligence, commercial analysis and technical insight that underpin industry-wide decisions.
Work closely with NFU’s Sugar Board, ensuring all agreements are robust, evidence-based and firmly in the growers’ best interests.

This is a rare opportunity to influence a nationally significant commodity sector and see the direct impact of your work on thousands of farming businesses.

About you:

Experience managing contracts, negotiations, or commercially sensitive discussions.
Excellent relationship building skills and the confidence to work with senior executives and board members.
A self driven approach, comfortable working independently and prioritising deadlines.

Knowledge of the sugar industry, agriculture, and international trade policy.

This role is likely to suit someone who currently works in:
