Key Responsibilities
* Manage front desk operations and daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office function
* Monitor and improve workflow and office processes
* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
* Coordinate special mailings and maintain stationery and office supplies
* Support inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering
* Log and follow up on internal maintenance or facilities issues
* Serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Requirements
Essential:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
* Flexibility is essential for this position between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Google Sheets or spreadsheet management systems
* Background in service coordination
* Valid driving license
