Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary or sixth form level
* Strong subject knowledge in business concepts and theory
* Ability to teach KS4 and KS5 confidently
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience teaching A-Level Business Studies
* Experience with exam board specifications (e.g., AQA, Edexcel)
* Ability to contribute to enterprise or enrichment programmes
* Experience in a high-achieving or independent school setting
