HR Systems Administrator
Location: High Wycombe
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
An established organisation in the business services sector is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Systems Administrator to join its HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR administration who is looking to specialize in systems and processes within a collaborative and fast-paced team.
The Role
As an HR Systems Administrator, you will work within the Employee Services function, supporting the delivery of accurate and timely HR administrative services. You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting internal clients, and improving the efficiency of HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries and support across the business
Maintain accurate employee data within the HR database
Assist in educating users on HR procedures and system functionality
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and administrative processes
Provide general HR administrative support as required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR administration or HR systems-related role
Confident IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and service-oriented approach
