Job Title: Planning Administrator (Hybrid Working)
Join our Maintenance team at Home Group as a Planning Administrator, working a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Dundee office and the rest from home. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of circa £24,638, plus excellent benefits including a Health Cash Plan.
About the Role
You will provide exceptional desktop administrative support to our maintenance teams, ensuring systems are up-to-date, productivity is driven, and customer service is outstanding. Your typical day will involve:
1. Ensuring our systems contain accurate, real-time information on maintenance works required on our customers’ homes.
2. Responding to enquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers via email and telephone.
3. Using our works order management and other systems to update materials, equipment, and subcontractor orders.
4. Communicating daily tasks, locations, and materials needed to our trade operatives.
5. Highlighting job volume issues to enable resource adjustments.
6. Providing general admin support and assisting with scheduling work for trade operatives.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced Repairs and Maintenance environment.
* Good knowledge of workforce planning systems.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
* Flexible, proactive approach, able to use own initiative and judgment.
* Proficiency with technology and online systems.

Working Hours and Location
Working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours typically from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The role is hybrid, with up to 3 days working from home and occasional visits to local offices or depots for training and meetings.
