Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of construction professionals? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Construction Tutor/Assessor to join our growing team and deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to learners on Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in Construction.
About the Role:
As a Construction Tutor & Assessor, you will:
* Deliver engaging and practical teaching sessions to learners working towards Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in Construction.
* Assess learners' work in line with awarding body standards and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Plan, prepare, and develop schemes of work and lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives.
* Monitor and support learner progress, ensuring timely achievement and a positive learning experience.
* Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, assessments, and achievements.
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant industry qualifications in construction (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, AET, PGCE, or equivalent).
* Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, or D32/33) or willingness to work towards one.
* Previous experience in delivering and assessing construction-related qualifications is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for education and learner success.
