Retail Shift Manager
Overview
Retail Shift Manager role at Lidl. Responsibilities include motivating the team, maintaining store standards, and leading in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. Shift details include 5am–11pm, 35–40 hour contract; salary £14.65–£15.15 per hour with pay increase to £14.95–£15.45 per hour from 1 September 2025, plus bonuses for bank holidays and night shifts. * Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
