Finance Business Partner Location: Norwich with travel (Hybrid working available) Salary: £57,000 - £65,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A large and complex organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its finance team. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, challenge and support to drive performance and improve outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, playing a key role in financial planning, performance monitoring and strategic decision-making across your designated business areas. Key Responsibilities Providing expert financial advice and business partnering support to senior stakeholders Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes Producing and presenting monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis Identifying financial risks and opportunities, supporting corrective action where needed Supporting business cases, investment appraisals and strategic initiatives Monitoring financial and operational performance, using data to drive insight and improvement Leading and developing a small finance team Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and controls About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders Experience working within a large, complex or multi-site organisation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills Previous team management experience desirable If you're interested or would like to discuss further, give James a call on or email
