Key Responsibilities:
* To create and nurture a client base in your own 'patch'.
* Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships.
* Manage the sale process from valuation to completion
* Working alongside the Business Owners to maximise the overall income and profitability.
* Adopt a positive and motivational approach to stimulate a culture of professional behavior and customer care at all times.
* Be willing to "roll your sleeves up" and do whatever makes "you" and "the company" successful.
* Arrange and attend viewings, providing an industry-leading experience to our customers.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
* A passion for providing exceptional levels of service is vital.
* Proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships is key.
* Confident communication skills both personable and professional.
