Day-to-Day Responsibilities Teaching & Learning: As a maths teacher, deliver well-structured and engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged, supported, and motivated. Assessment: Monitor and assess progress, provide timely feedback, and implement interventions when required to support continuous improvement. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, respect, and enthusiasm for Maths. Collaboration: Work closely with the Maths department and wider school staff, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
