Location:
Cambridgeshire
Working Hours:
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. (Some flexibility on hours is available, just let us know when you speak to us!)
Your Responsibilities:
As a Fabric Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are in top shape. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Surveying and assessing building fabric elements across multiple facilities to identify issues and recommend maintenance or improvements.
* Supporting the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborating with site teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of works and exceptional customer service.
* Producing reports and recommendations for minor works, scoping requirements in line with contractual KPIs.
* Ensuring all work adheres to statutory requirements and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for you if:
* You have proven experience in a fabric-biased maintenance or surveying role.
* You hold a valid driving licence and are flexible to travel across sites.
* You can work independently and manage a varied workload, including contributing to emergency response rotas.
