As a Market Research and Insights Manager, you are confident in articulating business needs and comfortable challenging both internal and external senior stakeholders. You would thrive on the opportunity to enhance the data and insights capabilities within the function on a global scale. Your remit would be to lead the development and implementation of strategic insights to drive business decisions. To excel in this role, you'll need to have the confidence to articulate business needs and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Working with a small of experts in insights, market research, and analytics, you will be responsible for delivering best practices and standards for market and consumer insights across EMEA. As our next Market Research and Insights Manager, you will be leading the charge in driving strategic decision-making through insights and analytics. You will have a deep understanding of how data informs business decisions and will focus on continuously improving our understanding of the market, brands, and competition. This role is instrumental in ensuring that accurate and accessible information is available to drive business decisions effectively. The Key Requirements - Strong knowledge and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods-spanning design, execution and synthesis/reporting of findings. - Strong knowledge of statistics (descriptive and inferential) and their use in quantitative research methods. - Deep knowledge and experience with primary and secondary data analyses- spanning attitudinal, behavioural, trends, competitive intelligence and on-going tracking techniques. - Compelling and persuasive oral and written storyteller. - Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
