ROLE DETAILS
Proactively call and follow up customers and prospects, to generate new enquiries
Respond to inbound leads & requests quickly and effectively
Using Phone and social media to uncover new business opportunities
Follow up enquiries and quotes by phone and telephone
Closing orders and achieving agreed sales & activity targets
Processing quotes and orders on our ERP system
Growing sales within existing accounts through continued proactive follow up and meetings
Act as the point of contact and handle clients individual needs
Support other team members as required
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in a Sales and/or Account Manager role
Proven track record in delivering sales results
Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems
To be self-motivated and driven to achieve various sales KPIs
To be willing to learn and with a positive and helpful attitude
Reliable, honest and trustworthy
