Summary
Do you have experience of providing high quality Salesforce administration and external user support expertise, on a complex global sales operations or partner platform?
We have two consulting opportunities to support our client (a leading consumer electronics company), in ensuring Salesforce platform stability, data integrity, and seamless user experience across their EMEIA Sales Operations and Partner communities.
The project needs consultants who:
* have proven Salesforce support experience across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (must have experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments)
* are adept at resolving Tier 2/3 incidents and delivering configuration enhancements (e.g. Flows, validation rules)
* can effectively collaborate across global, cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent stakeholder and relationship management expertise, particularly working with external stakeholders.
Key services:
The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:
* Monitoring platform performance, integrations and scheduled jobs
* Resolving complex support incidents and system issues
* Implementing configuration updates and automation opportunities
* Managing user access, permissions and compliance alignment
* Supporting release cycles, sandbox refreshes and deployment processes
* Driving data quality through governance, deduplication and validation
* Maintaining documentation and supporting user onboarding and training
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business, regional, and global teams to gather requirements and support releases.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Strong Salesforce administration knowledge, ideally with experience managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals
* Understanding of Salesforce user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility
* Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations
* Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills; proficient in Excel for data cleansing and mass updates
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
* User-centred mindset, curious and enthusiastic. Able to work as part of a team or independently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
* Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) experience
* Experience with data governance and master data management principles
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack for collaboration and documentation.
