Within Franchise Brands' Waste & Water Services Division, there are also Willow Pumps and Filta, focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, these brands offer comprehensive water and waste management solutions.
Due to expansion, we are seeking Drainage Engineers for Metro Rod Norwich, a key East Anglia drain care and repair specialist. The company offers a 24/7 emergency service from South Norfolk, covering Norfolk and parts of Suffolk.
What does it entail?
We seek an experienced Drainage Engineer, ideally with plumbing experience. Your communication skills will ensure customers finish their experience satisfied and willing to recommend our services. You must be familiar with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and maintaining detailed documentation.
The role offers a minimum of £35,000, with 'out-of-hours' on-call shared among team members. Our engineers typically work 45 hours per week.
* Performing services related to cleaning, clearing, repairing, and maintaining drains
* Operating High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment safely
* Conducting surveys
* Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately documenting work details using internal and client systems
* Communicating effectively with clients and support teams
* Participating in an on-call rota to support clients 24/7/365
What are we looking for?
* High-pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying qualifications or equivalent experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
* Positive, flexible attitude
* Desire to grow within a progressive business
* Willingness to work some unsociable hours
* Full UK driving license
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Resident in the Norfolk area
