As demand for exceptional Mechanical Service projects grows, we are seeking an Associate - Mechanical Services - Manchester.
About You
You should have experience in one or multiple sectors that BakerHicks operates in. Ideally, you are a Chartered Engineer with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities while leading, developing, and motivating a team. Client care and building repeat business are crucial, so you will need excellent collaboration skills and the ability to maintain key internal and external client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the Mechanical Services team at the Manchester office, including recruitment, resourcing, professional development, and engagement to ensure high-quality project delivery.
2. Oversee Mechanical Services involvement in various projects, managing time, cost, quality assurance, health and safety, resources, and client relationships.
3. Monitor and promote quality and compliance within local teams and projects.
4. Contribute to the growth and development of the national Mechanical Services team and participate in Management Team meetings.
