Your new role You’ll lead the delivery of a major construction project in Edinburgh, managing all aspects from pre-construction through to handover. This includes coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining programme and budget control, and liaising with clients and consultants. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site presence with flexibility to work from home. What you'll need to succeed You’ll bring proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within one or more of the company’s core sectors: commercial, residential, hospitality, or student living. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration.
