Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: London, Hybrid
Remuneration: Daily rate £150
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (3 months initially)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Overview:
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales? Join our Clients dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative and help us drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential customers through research and outreach.
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into sales.
* Track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape our sales strategy.
* Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales development or similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
* A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
