Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee management reports, including monthly and year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage salaried payroll processes with a focus on confidentiality and precision.
• Handle treasury functions such as banking relationships and cash flow management.
• Lead business planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide operational backup support as needed to maintain seamless workflow.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and enhance business planning exercises through detailed analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial and operational efficiency.
• Supervise a small team while indirectly overseeing administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage financial records for multiple entities, including rental properties and holding companies, while minimizing year-end adjustments.
