Job Title:CNC Setter

Pay: £16.50£20.00 per hour (PAYE), £22-£26 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months with likely extension
Location: Wickford
Shifts:
* Early: 6:00am2:15pm
* Middle: 2:00pm10:15pm
* Night: 10:00pm6:15am
We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to join a busy engineering team on a 3-month contract, with strong potential to extend.
Key Duties
* Setting and running CNC machines
* Loading CNC programs and making minor modifications
* Working from engineering drawings
* Preparing tools and checking materials
* Running 1st offs and carrying out basic inspections
* Daily machine checks and preventative maintenance
* Deburring components and completing job sheets
Requirements
* CNC knowledge (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain)
* Good understanding of tools, materials, and machinery
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
* Experience in automation, automotive, aerospace, pneumatics, inspection, or similar environments
