As a Workforce Management Data & Headcount Analyst, you will have the opportunity to influence a significant part of the bank by supporting headcount and recruitment planning for 18,000 employees. Your responsibilities will include managing HR data, cleansing it, and providing insights to Journey Planners. You will collaborate with Recruitment Managers and have governance responsibilities.

To optimise staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling, and workforce allocation through data analysis to improve the customer experience within the bank's operations.

* Manage staff optimisation, forecasting, and scheduling by analysing data, business volume, and trends to support workforce allocation.
* Collaborate across teams to align workforce management processes and governance.
* Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure efficient operations.
* Identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, and offer feedback and coaching to colleagues.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
* Participate in projects to enhance workforce management efficiency.
* Develop staffing schedules to meet business needs.
* Manage operational readiness plans to support customer outcomes.
