Inbound Logistics Stores Process Technician Clydach, Swansea | £33,435 rising to £36,221 overtime & bonus | 37.5 hours per week | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an Inbound Logistics Stores Process Technician to join a well-established and respected organisation based in Clydach, Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within the stores function, supporting efficiency, safety, and quality across site operations. Key Duties Receive goods from suppliers and process returns from site. Issue materials to departments across the site. Check integrity of incoming goods and report defects. Enter and manage data within the ERP system. Operate forklift, pallet truck, and associated equipment. Ensure timely goods receipting processes. Resolve invoice and delivery queries. Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and monitor stock levels. Organise and prioritise daily workload effectively. Support inventory management, including discrepancies and obsolescence. Contribute to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements GCSEs and/or Business or Logistics-related qualifications. Previous experience working within a stores or logistics environment. Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. Desirable CCNSG Safety Passport or IOSH qualification. Personal Attributes Strong commitment to safety and risk management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. What We Offer Starting salary of £33,435, rising to £36,221 upon competency. Overtime paid at a premium rate (1.74). Discretionary annual bonus.
