Our schemes are at the heart of this mission, creating safe, welcoming communities where residents can thrive.We’re looking for a Scheme Manager to lead Ty Heulog, ensuring the smooth running of the scheme and delivering housing management, support, and facilities services that make a real difference. This is a role where no two days are the same — you’ll be working closely with tenants, colleagues, and partners to create a positive, person-centred environment.Being a driver is desirable for this role, although the position is location primarily within the Ty Heulog scheme, you will be expected to provide support to wider services from time to time.

What you’ll do
1. Make sure the scheme runs efficiently and meets all contractual obligations.
2. Support tenants to understand and comply with their contracts, helping them maximise income and avoid debt.
3. Build strong relationships with local care teams and agencies to deliver person-centred support.
4. Manage allocations and lettings, ensuring a balanced and vibrant community.
5. Oversee maintenance, catering, and health & safety, keeping the scheme safe and welcoming.
6. Lead a small teamto ensure the scheme runs efficiently, fostering collaboration and high standards.
7. Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring services are delivered within resources.
8. Encourage tenant engagement and activities that promote wellbeing and community spirit.
