Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, throughout the year.
Salary: £17,908.61 ACTUAL plus benefits and bonus.

About the Role of a House Manager
We are looking for a customer-centric House Manager to exemplify our high standards of customer service. The key role is to enhance our homeowners' quality of life and support their independence. This diverse role includes high-level customer service, front-of-house duties, and facilities management.
The successful candidate will manage a vibrant community through event coordination and regular meetings to update residents and address their needs. We welcome applicants with experience in frontline services or customer service management roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming new homeowners and supporting their settling-in process.
* Providing professional front-of-house service and dealing with visitors in a friendly manner.
* Being the primary contact for homeowners, offering help, support, and advice.
* Collaborating with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth estate operations.
* Representing McCarthy Stone to homeowners' families and friends.
* Handling homeowner issues with sensitivity, confidentiality, and respect for privacy.
* Managing gardens and grounds to maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant environment.
* Facilitating social interactions and helping homeowners enjoy retirement living.
* Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
Essential skills include excellent communication, a proactive attitude, extensive customer service experience, professionalism, resilience, problem-solving abilities, basic health and safety awareness, and computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Outlook). First aid qualifications are advantageous but training will be provided.
