An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Creative Designer to join a forward-thinking creative studio that partners with global brands across sectors such as life sciences, healthcare, packaging, and technology.

The studio is at the forefront of creative development, constantly exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in design, video, and immersive experiences.
The Role:
This is not a traditional design role. They’re looking for someone who combines strong design foundations with the ability to work across video, motion, and digital formats - someone who’s passionate about bringing ideas to life through creativity, storytelling, and emerging technologies.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider studio team to deliver projects that span brand identity, campaigns, digital content, presentations, and experiential formats.
It’s a hands-on role in a truly creative environment, where ideas are shared, tested, and developed together.
Key Responsibilities:
* Concept and develop high-impact visual content across print, digital, and video formats.
* Create and edit motion graphics and video content for campaigns, events, and social media.
* Deliver high-quality brand and marketing materials across multiple channels.
* Explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and techniques that enhance creative output.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent storytelling and design integrity.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and attention to detail.
* Maintain high design standards and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
* Stay ahead of trends in design, motion, and digital creativity.
About You:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Designer, ideally within an agency or creative studio environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Strong portfolio showcasing design for both print and digital platforms.
* Proven experience in motion graphics and video editing.
* Excellent sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Passionate about creativity, technology, and exploring new ways to tell stories through design.

Location:
This is a full-time, office-based role in Glasgow, where collaboration and creativity thrive in person. All applicants must be located in Glasgow or within a commutable distance and must have a permanent right to work in the UK without visa restrictions.
