We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join a growing, creative agency in Norwich. As the team is growing due to business successes this is an exciting time to join their dedicated team. If you’re ambitious and keen to develop and progress within a fantastic agency, this is for you! This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 day in the office per week after a more office-based induction. The Role – Account Manager Reporting to the Client Services Director, and working very closely with the wider teams, your responsibility will include:
* Creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Taking ownership of day-to-day client contact, delivering a range of communications projects effectively and efficiently.
* Contributing to the strategic development of projects and accounts, identifying and planning communications activities.
* Ensuring projects are delivered with adherence to timelines and budgets, liaising with other agency departments.
Requirements - Account Manager
* A minimum of 2 years marketing and client management experience within agency.
* Strong project and account management experience, with excellent communication skills both internally with teams and client-facing.
Location This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 day in the office per week although you would be expected to be in full time days for the first couple of weeks. Suitable commutable locations include Norwich, Thetford, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Attleborough and Kings Lynn and Wymondham.
