Following the promotion of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Apprenticeship Manager to lead and drive performance across our Professional Business Services and Childcare apprenticeship programmes. What you will do? As the Apprenticeship Manager for the Professional Business Services and Childcare department, you will take full accountability for the performance and quality of apprenticeship delivery covering a wide range of apprenticeship Standards ranging from Level 2 to Level 5. You will lead and develop a team of Training Consultants operating across multiple sectors within the wider region, ensuring that high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring clear performance targets, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes. A key aspect of your role will be to oversee quality assurance and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will also act as the main point of contact for awarding bodies, building and maintaining effective professional relationships. Using your strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset, you will contribute to the department’s growth and sustainability, aligning team performance with organisational goals.
