The Role
Design and deliver stunning pastries and desserts that leave a lasting impression
Create show-stopping seasonal treats and elegant afternoon teas
Cater for a variety of events and dietary requirements
Maintain exceptional standards in flavour, presentation, and creativity

Proven experience in quality-driven restaurants or hotels
Technical mastery across all pastry techniques—baking, finishing, decorating
Creative flair and a love for experimenting with flavours
Team player ready to collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade

48 hours/week including weekends
