The Role We are looking for a hard-working and motivated R&D Engineer to help design and build our cross-platform desktop applications. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years of experience who is passionate about building software in the broadcast and media technology sector.
Working within a small, expert engineering team, you will be responsible for creating reliable, stable, and shippable code using C++ and Qt.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop software for macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms.

Write high-quality code and solve problems collaboratively.

Support product improvements and develop customer-focused features.

Continuously learn and implement new technologies and workflows.
The Ideal Candidate:

Strong C++ skills (experience with Qt is a bonus).

Comfortable working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.

Some scripting skills, such as Python or Bash.

A friendly communicator and team player who loves making things and solving problems.
