What we expect: We are looking for a passionate Key Accounts Coordinator to join our Belfast team. This role will provide administrative support for our Key Accounts. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Providing administrative support for Belfast Key Account customers.
2. Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Coordinating and managing account activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
4. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Resolving issues or discrepancies related to accounts promptly.
6. Inputting data received into customer systems to keep clients updated.
7. Producing and updating Key Account profile reports.
8. Maintaining client confidentiality.
9. Liaising with Service Sales Consultants to resolve queries and verify information.
10. Ensuring open communication with Key Account customers.
