Job Description
The ideal Warehouse FLM, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager, will possess the following skills and responsibilities:
* Manage and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for all team members.
* Manage team KPIs by providing reviews, development, and succession planning as appropriate.
* Ensure company policies are upheld in accordance with all regulations, including health and safety.
* Maintain excellent communication across all levels of team members, both internal and external.
* Actively promote a positive culture and embed employee engagement within the team.
* Commute to Widnes.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Warehouse FLM will have the following skills and attributes:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
* Ability to operate mechanical handling warehouse equipment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to develop effective relationships within a diverse environment.
