This role suits someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, values safety, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for taking projects from technical drawings through to finished assemblies, working with a wide range of materials and thicknesses in a modern, well-equipped facility. Key Responsibilities Read, interpret, and work accurately from technical drawings Fabricate using mild steel and stainless steel Confidently work with materials from 2mm sheet metal up to 30mm plate, with the majority of components laser-cut in-house Set up and operate press brakes, drills, saws, and various pneumatic and hand tools Welding & Finishing MIG Welding: Produce welds to a high structural and visual standard TIG Welding: Not essential but a strong advantage Quality Control: Ensure all fabrications and welds meet tight tolerances and project specifications before progressing Teamwork & Working Environment Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to meet production deadlines Follow all Health & Safety requirements, in...
