Right Now Group are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our clients busy Planning Team in Sunbury.

Job Title: Planning Coordinator
Location: Sunbury
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
Planning Coordinator Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to guarantee timely delivery.
* Assign PPM tasks to Service Engineers while supporting Regional Planning Teams with scheduling for Reactive Engineers.
* Partner with field managers to drive efficiency and improve engineering team performance.
* Build strong relationships with Key and Non-Key Account customers, ensuring contractual PPM SLA targets are achieved.
* Coordinate with internal departments to maintain compliance and service standards.
* Keep customers updated with clear communication on ETAs, changes, or rescheduled visits.
* Maintain and update the internal planning platform.
* Engage with engineers daily to oversee workloads, resolve issues, and ensure smooth scheduling
Desirable skills for Planning Coordinator
* Proven background in planning or scheduling within a service or engineering environment.
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in dealing with both colleagues and customers.
* Proactive problem-solver, able to use initiative and think ahead to overcome challenges.
