Community Staff Nurse

Band 5 - £31,049 - £37,796

Responsibilities

Working within the Community Nursing Network team, you will undertake duties involving delivery of nursing services and holistic assessments of patient’s health needs using a person-centred approach. We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Community Staff Nurses who are keen to support and deliver a range of quality nursing services to our patients within Kirklees. We are looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, and drive, as well as excellent professional skills. An enthusiasm to support our teams to deliver high quality services is a must for this role, and you will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be adaptable, reliable, and approachable. In return to develop your career in Community Nursing, we can offer you excellent learning and development, clinical supervision and preceptorship for newly qualified nurses.

The service is able to offer some flexibility with working hours in regard to career responsibilities and work life balance; shifts times can be negotiated as long as the service needs are met.
