Proven experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics roles Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, and related tools Strong UX/UI design capabilities for user-friendly digital interfaces Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Experience working with large datasets (cleansing, migration, investigation) Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Commitment to support and mentor junior team members whilst steering technical delivery Nice to Have: Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, GIS, Palantir, or similar tools Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, or statistical analysis Familiarity with Agile and DevOps norms We're looking for a self-assured, client-ready expert who's passionate about data and thrives in a collaborative environment.
