Job Specification: Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Crawley – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Reports to: Strategic Sales Manager
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Sales Operations Coordinator to support our UK sales team during a phase of rapid growth. You will serve as the key link between field sales, internal teams, and head office, ensuring seamless coordination, data accuracy, and effective project management across key accounts, DSOs, and national initiatives.
This role offers a broad scope with opportunities to advance into strategic account management, with full support and training provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are complete (account numbers, delivery addresses, etc.)
2. Act as a backup contact for clients when sales reps are unavailable
3. Project Coordination
4. Assist in managing large-scale client rollouts and strategic accounts
5. Coordinate DSO training schedules and event logistics
6. Liaise with sales reps to ensure task completion and deadline adherence
7. Data & Reporting
8. Gather, clean, and analyze sales data
9. Generate reports for Area Sales Managers and leadership teams
10. Follow up on incomplete data or inconsistencies
11. Lead & Event Follow-Up
12. Track and ensure timely follow-up of leads from events and campaigns
13. Distribute leads to relevant team members and monitor progress
14. Coordinate with UK-HQ for trips, form submissions, and internal communications
15. Follow up with team members for required inputs to support internal processes
Skills & Experience Required
1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
2. Strong project management and prioritization skills
3. Confident communication skills, including stakeholder engagement
4. Proven organizational and coordination abilities
5. Ability to learn technical product information
6. Experience in administrative, operational, customer service, or sales support roles
Desirable (but not essential)
1. Experience in dental, medical device, or technical environments
2. Experience with CRM or ERP systems
3. Background in event or training coordination
