We require a well‑organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum team for the Business & Service Industries department, based at Richmond Campus.
Responsibilities
* Produce correspondence and reports.
* Assist in arranging class cover.
* Manage diaries.
* Handle queries.
* Communicate effectively with students and staff across the College.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases.
* Strong teamwork ability, flexible and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
For individuals who start a term‑time only role after 1 September, the salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of the academic year (31 August 2026). This ensures the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked.
