Site Supervisor – Telecoms
Location: Based in Glasgow | Potential for UK-wide Travel
Hours: 40 hours per week
At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work at ground level and at height.
* Oversee installations, decommissioning, inspections and maintenance of telecoms structures.
* Carry out small civils works including fencing and concrete repairs.
* Ensure all activities meet high standards of Health & Safety and quality compliance.
* Mentor junior team members and provide technical input to office-based teams to support effective project planning and delivery.
Required Qualifications
* Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience is an advantage.
* 2-3 years' experience as a MATS Tower Climber or similar (desirable).
* Experience working safely at height on towers and masts as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
